These Terms govern access to Oche League Manager, a product operated by DOSSEY'S STUDIO LLC. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. SMS consent is separate and is not required to accept these Terms or use the service.
The service
Oche League Manager provides tools for dart-league administration, membership, scheduling, roster preparation, match scoring, statistics, communications, and related operations. Features may change as the service develops. Paper rosters and scorecards remain an appropriate continuity option when connectivity, equipment, or power is unavailable.
Accounts and organizations
You must provide accurate information, protect your sign-in, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Organization owners and authorized organizers control access to their organization. They are responsible for confirming that their use of player, team, pub, contact, fee, and match information is lawful and authorized.
Acceptable use
You may not use Oche League Manager to violate law, infringe rights, harass others, send unwanted communications, compromise security, interfere with the service, misrepresent match results, or access an organization without authorization. You may not upload malicious code or attempt to discover another user's credentials.
Messaging terms
The Oche League Manager messaging program may send account, invitation, membership, roster, match, schedule, fee, security, and service notifications to recipients who have provided appropriate consent.
- Consent to SMS is optional and is not a condition of purchase, registration, league participation, or use of Oche League Manager.
- Message frequency varies according to league activity and selected preferences.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to unsubscribe from SMS.
- Reply HELP for help, or contact support@ocheleague.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
After an opt-out, Oche League Manager may send one confirmation message and will suppress later SMS until the recipient provides new valid consent. Email and SMS preferences are independent.
Fees and payments
Organizations may define and track league fees through Oche League Manager. Payment processing may be provided by Stripe or another disclosed processor. The applicable organization is responsible for its fee rules, refunds, disputes, taxes, and financial records unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
League records
Organizers and match participants are responsible for reviewing rosters, scores, statistics, schedules, fees, and other submitted records. Oche League Manager may provide correction and audit tools but does not independently officiate matches or guarantee the accuracy of user-entered information.
Availability
We work to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Internet access, mobile networks, third-party services, and devices may fail. Users should follow league-approved continuity procedures when electronic scoring is unavailable.
Intellectual property
Oche League Manager and its software, designs, trademarks, and documentation are owned by their respective rights holders. You retain rights in information you lawfully submit and grant us permission to host, process, display, and transmit it as needed to provide and protect the service.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, address nonpayment, investigate abuse, or enforce these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time and may request account assistance at support@ocheleague.com.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim implied warranties and are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The updated page will show its effective date. Continued use after an applicable update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
