Your privacy matters. This policy explains how DOSSEY'S STUDIO LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), operator of Oche League Manager, handles information when people use our league administration, scoring, registration, payment, email, and text-messaging services.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide, including names, email addresses, phone numbers, account and organization details, league memberships, team and roster assignments, match results, player statistics, pub information, communication preferences, consent records, and support requests. League organizers may initially create player records containing only a name and later add contact or membership details.
We also collect technical information needed to operate and secure the service, such as authentication identifiers, request and security logs, device and browser information, and approximate network information.
How we use information
- Provide league administration, scheduling, scoring, statistics, registration, and membership features.
- Authenticate accounts, link players to accounts, and protect the service.
- Deliver requested service messages by email or SMS when the recipient has provided the required consent.
- Process and reconcile payments and fees.
- Maintain records, diagnose failures, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.
- Meet legal, regulatory, carrier, and contractual obligations.
SMS and mobile information
SMS consent for the Oche League Manager messaging program is optional and is not a condition of creating an account, joining a league, purchasing anything, or using the service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. A recipient may reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance, or email support@ocheleague.com.
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS consent, or opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may provide mobile information to service providers solely as needed to operate and deliver the messaging program, prevent fraud, comply with law, or protect the service.
We retain records of when, how, and for which channel consent was provided or withdrawn.
Email choices
Optional email communication consent is separate from SMS consent. Users may decline optional email updates. We may still send essential account, authentication, security, transaction, or legal notices when permitted or required.
Service providers
We use service providers to operate the platform. These may include Microsoft for identity services, Twilio for communications, Stripe for payment processing, infrastructure and database providers for hosting, and email-delivery providers. They may process information only for the services they provide to us and subject to their own contractual and legal obligations.
League organizations
League organizations use Oche League Manager to manage their own members and competitions. An organization may control information it enters about its players, teams, contacts, pubs, seasons, and matches. Questions about an organization's use of that information should also be directed to that organization.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain historical league records, document consent, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We apply administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of applicable personal information and may change communication preferences. Some league, financial, security, consent, or match-history records may be retained when required for legitimate operational or legal purposes.
Children
Oche League Manager is not directed to children under 13. League organizations are responsible for obtaining any permission required before entering or managing information about minors.
Changes
We may revise this policy. The updated page will show its effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the service when appropriate.
